As already said, I cannot test RHIDE under NT, so I cannot say something
about this problem, I can give only some hints, because NT have probably
the same bug as Windows 3.1:

If you have a mouse driver loaded in your autoexec.bat or config.sys
(are they used in NT??), then remove the loading of it and try again.
If it now works, please let me know.
