If I'm not mistaken, there are a few files available on the DJGPP 
homepage (www.delorie.com/djgpp) under Downloadable Files.  One's 
'jonipx.zip' which is an IPX library that I've dabbled in and it looks 
prettty cool.  The TCP/IP library I don't remember the name of but I know 
it's there.
