The newly produced emacs.exe has similar behaviour. The only difference is
that, sometimes, the freezed machine does not lock enough so you can
Ctrl-Alt-Del it and receive service from Windows informing that Emacs is not
responding, blah, blah...; but I have to reboot it anyway...
