33505280 bytes free, after (on a DOS box)

Type 'permanent' size 19.696 K (for a 8 Mbytes machine, default value)

No. It is Windows 3.1.

EMS are zeroed both the 'necessary' and the 'limit'
XMS are 'necessary': 0, 'limit': -1

Please set the environment variable TERM; see tset(1).

The non problematic machines have had the src/ sub-dir stripped, so this
test (on them) will come soon.
