DOS/4G is available as a builtin version as commercial addition to
Watcom, I think. E.g. DukeNukem 3D uses it and consists only of a
single exe file. I think I read in the dos for Image Alchemy that it
is compiled with 4gw (explains all the enviroment variable options).
