What happens if you invoke go32-v2 without any arguments?  If it runs and 
prints a memory report, please post it here.

If you run gcc from the DOS box under Windows 95, you don't need 
cwsdpmi.  I don't understand what does ``from dos shell'' mean.  You must 
run it from the DOS box.
