djgpp V2 has always been able to properly execute scripts whose first
line starts with #! by running the interpreter indicated on that line.
However, if the line is #!/bin/sh, it will try to run /bin/sh, not
just any sh.exe in your PATH.  Be careful.

Also works with "#!perl", "#!awk", "#!foo.exe -s", etc.
