When did version 3 of CWSDPMI come out? Are you sure you don't mean 2?

The full address is as follows:

ftp://ftp.simtel.net/pub/simtelnet/gnu/djgpp/v2, /v2gnu, /v2misc, etc.

Please download and read the 'readme.1st' file _before_ doing anything
else - it tells you exactly which files you need to download and how
to set up DJGPP for your computer. Pay special attention to the DPMI
requirements - you will probably need to get csdpmi2b.zip.

NOTE: To view the documentation, you must download the file
v2gnu/txi360b.zip! I also highly recommend getting the Frequently
Asked Questions list (v2/faq201b.zip) and reading at least the first
4-6 sections! It answers 99% of the questions that beginning users
have and is extremely friendly to use (especially if you use the info
or html versions).

HTH!
