For this you don't need to start Windows. RHIDE has a builtin InfoViewer.
Just type F1 and a help window is opened. This window is your access to all
INFO files. Of course when you hit F1, at first the help for RHIDE is shown, but
you can also walk through all INFO files like you do it with info.exe.
For exact keystrokes hit F1 again, when the help window is opened.

You can also have opened the help window and work in an other opened editor
window at the same time.

But there is one difference between info.exe and the info viewer. The second
can't read gzip compressed info files (maybe SET will add this feature in
the future, because he wrote this code, not I), but I think this is not big
lossage.
