Hi all,

Please excuse my ignorance, but I am having a problem that I could use
some help with.  I have a program which gives me a GPF sometimes when
I exit.  It only does it sometimes, and the dump is kind of strange (no
stack trace).  Here it is:

P.S.  This program does hook the keyboard and PC timer.  This would be
my first suspect except that: a) I used the code examples suggested
here, b) that code has been in place since before this problem came
about.  However, I could post this code if it would help.  Thanks again.
