Yes, install the mouse handler _after_ setting the video mode. I mentioned
this bug to Shawn right before he left on his extended abscense. He did
give me a fixed mouse.c (which I never installed, and no longer have) 
but apparently he didn't have the time to release Allegro 2.1a (or 
whatever) with the fix. Shouldn't be too hard to do yourself, in any 
event.
