Quite a while ago I compiled TeX/LaTeX with DJGPP 1.x - as I recall it 
compiled "out of the box". I wouldn't have thought there'd be a problem with 
DJGPP v2. I never tried dvips though because I didn't have a printer - again I 
would think (possibly naively!) that it would be fairly simple, possibly 
requiring some makefile tweaking. That's the beauty of using DJGPP when 
porting from Unix to DOS....
