What's all the steam about?  You don't need to download Emacs to be able 
to run DJGPP.  It's an optional package, for those who want it but don't 
have time or disk space to build it by themselves.  There are few such 
optional packages already in DJGPP (e.g. GDB or Findutils) and more will 
be included in the next DJGPP release.
