To Andreas:
Is it so hard to tap your DEL key to remove all the "redundant" messages (are
there any?)? There are newsgroups you'd wait for your answer for ages (or
longer) and when you finally got it, it'd be something saying "Get off our
backs, we are GURUs!" - how do you like that?
I don't wanna offend you, but what you're writing is just not fair! I suspect
that there are people reading this newsgroup that, after your comment, won't
ever answer to any of your postings. And remember that the one you asked was
simple. It was of the kind we all (well, 99%) here know answer to. Now, think
what's gonna be when you'll be willing to get an answer to something more
complicated, huh?

General:

And that holds true even for the mailing list. I sometimes get the postings
from five days back. And that's normal.

That's right. Even a posting that contains just one phrase pointing out
something not mentioned in others is worth keeping it on your HD!
