And a big hassle for the end user of your program, since the stubs
have to be added to each file before running it (or you have to run
stub xxx.exe for each). Given that the stub is 2k long and assuming a
cluster size of 8k (512MB to 1GB partition), it will not make the file
any longer in 50% of the files (assuming that exe sizes are uniformly
distributed, maybe that's not correct).
