You have to:
 1. allocate a descriptor, 
 2. take its selector and
    a) set its base segment to the value returned in __dpmi_meminfo.address
    b) set its segment limit to the size of the allocated block (or better to
       the value returned in __dpmi_meminfo.size)
 3. use it with the far* family of functions.
