There are far pointers in DJGPP.  Take a look at <sys/farptr.h>.

You just run it as any other DOS program.  Either double-click on it in 
the file manager, or choose "File/Run" from the menu bar, or click on
MSDOS prompt in the main group and run it as if you were on MSDOS.
