Set the `_CRT0_FLAG_LOCK_MEMORY' bit in `_crt0_startup_flags'.  These are 
described in the libc on-line reference.  Another way is to use CWSDPR0 
or PMODE/DJ as your DPMI server; these both disable virtual memory so 
your code and data stay paged in at all times.
