Good idea. But why on undernet?
There are so little people there! EFnet is better. (though it has been
splitted in two parts recently).
I offer to open channel #djgpp. I might support it (i.e. setting up bots 
and so on). I am kinda familiar with IRC and its easy for me. I might also 
hang on this channel to give some help to people or gather his questions 
to redirect to community.
