Now I understand how to create guard pages and catch
a signal for general protection violations and/or page faults,
but how do I get the value of register cr2 at the time of the
fault? Without it, the only way to find out what address
was being referenced is to disassemble the faulting
instruction. Is this a dpmi 1.0 feature not available in cwsdpmi?
