RHIDE creates, every time it is called its own tmep directory
to avoid problems, when running multiple instances of the
compilers. If you leave RHIDE normal, this directory will be
removed. But if RHIDE crashes it will be not removed. I have
after some days of work usually about 10 or 20 such directories.
