GCC should be able to find them itself.  For this to work, you should 
define the variable DJGPP in the environment, like this:

	set DJGPP=C:\DJGPP\DJGPP.ENV

Put the above line into your AUTOEXEC.BAT, and everything should work 
automagically for you.
