Please do. It is available from
"ftp://space.mit.edu/pub/davis/jed/BETA". It should also be available
at the mirror "ftp://ftp.prz.tu-berlin.de/pub/unix/editors/jed".

I have not released any pre-compiled DOS executables yet. You will
have to compile it yourself--- it should compile ``out of the box''
with v1 and v2 versions of DJGPP. I am interested in whether or not a
v2 compiled executable supports long file names under W95 or whether
the `open' system calls must be changed to `_open' as someone else
suggested.

New features include ``folding'' and asynchronous compilation (Unix
only).

Thanks,
