I regret to inform that the mentioned package will NOT run in Windows 3.1
even if "turbocharged" with Win32[s]. The alleged reason I saw in the lit is
the impossibility to build a JAVA interpreter wich would support the
threading mechanism JAVA has.

In Win95 the package does well.
