In the ez2load distribution we include a 1-diskette-sized mini-djgpp,
just to make it easy to get started. So there's no info directory
created. OTOH, we've included the info files for GDB, because GDB is
such a pain to use without them, so I guess we ought to put them in
the right place. But we're no including info.exe at this point,
so we'll have to find a way to include that too.

I guess there is no such thing as "mini".:-)
