Try to install CWSDPMI again from the original zip archive (and get the 
latest v2 of CWSDPMI).  It seems like the old version is corrupted or 
infected by a virus.

Som losing/extra careful antivirus programs are known to say such things 
about DJGPP programs, because they have rather unusual startup code.
