There would be the problem of figuring out what to do with all
the money you save.  :-)

Seriously: not many.  If you allow students to copy the compiler
then you should also allow them to get the sources.  This could
easily be done by having a box of diskettes (loan-copy-return)
at the operator's office -- or just put in on the network if you
can.
