Did you check the recommendations in the FAQ?  If not, please read Chapter
18 of the FAQ.  Section 22.2 includes a pointer to sample hardware
interrupt handlers that you can download and use as a start for your code. 

The latest version of the DJGPP FAQ list is available as v2/faq201b.zip 
from the same place you get DJGPP.
