Well, had you downloaded the proper file, you would be up and on
your way.  However, you didn't so that explains everything. :o)

The faq files is faq201b.zip.  Not faq201s.zip.

*ALL* files that have a "b" at the end are binaries, and all files
that have a "s" file on the end are sources.  If you get the binaries,
you can start with them right away.  Otherwise, you must go through the
painfully insane compilation process which requires you having several
other programs (ironically they are outlined in the faq).  :o)

Point your FTP client to:
ftp://ftp.simtelnet.net/pub/simtelnet/gnu/djgpp/v2/faq201b.zip
