"Teach Yourself C++", Fourth Edition, by Al Stevens.  Published by
MIS:Press.  ISBN 1-55828-406-0.  Pat and I got an autographed copy!

I agree.  The DJGPP book project is our opportunity to get our own
book out on the market.  If everyone helped out on a chapter or topic,
it would be a great book.
