Simple question:
Are header files copyrighted? Working in the ioctl stuff
I took ioctl.h from IBM's AIX as a starting point for the
UNIX part. The header say it is (C) IBM, (C) Regents of
the University of California.
If this should get included into djgpp, will this be legal?

If not, could someone send me a Linux version of ioctl.h?
I believe that one should be free.
