This may be an old question, but is there a way to convert new fonts to 
use with GRX20?  I would like to use a nice script font, and there don'w 
seem to be any that come with the dist. or with the other font collection
from 1.03.  There isn't much in the api to account for conversion.  Can
scalable fonts be converted to bitmap fonts and then converted to GRX20?
How can this be done?
