I am running a pentium pro (p6) 200 mhz with 32 megs of memory, and 48 megs
in swap. djgpp compiles the hello world program basically instantaneously,
so I am guessing minimal time is based on disk-access times. The hardward is
slowing it all down again .. ugh. Damned hardware =)
