How true, you can read man pages till the doctor comes, to
no avail.

To make things even worse, TC/BC prototype 
int ioctl(int, int, ...)

AIX says in the man page
int ioctl(int, int, void *)
and in a header file
long ioctl(int, int, void *)


HP-UX say the same as TC/BC, DJGPP says nothing. 

I think I'd better say nothing, too.
