Actually, I believe the Win95 ftp client is a "console" application, not a
DOS app.  I could be wrong, but it is my understanding.  However, if you
run Duke Nukem 3D, it seems to network just fine when run under Win95.  I
believe Duke3D uses NetBIOS when it can though, which would lead me to
believe that Win95 simply provides the interrupt services to interface to
NetBIOS.
