Did you set the DJGPP environment variable to point to the exact pathname 
of the DJGPP.ENV file?  Assuming your DJGPP is installed in C:\DJGPP 
directory, you should have the following on your AUTOEXEC.BAT:

	set DJGPP=c:/djgpp/djgpp.env

If you already have such a line, please post everything gcc prints when 
you compile with -v option.
