I looked for the answer to this question about a month or two ago and the
answer I got was 'no'. It seems like it would be possible. After all,
even in Win95, the ftp client is a command line DOS executable that
interfaces with Winsock. However, as far as I know, Microsoft is 
holding on to this particular information. If anyone else finds out,
please let me know.
