Download and install v2misc/csdpmiNb.zip (where N is the version number) 
and you will be able to run these programs in MS-DOS mode.  When you run 
in MS-DOS mode, Win95 doesn't provide DPMI services which DJGPP requires; 
CWSDPMI in the above archive will then be loaded automagically by the 
test programs and service the DPMI calls.
