Lucky you said _almost_ 100%! DJGPP programs should work under Windows3.x/95
depending on whether you need just text mode or graphics. Graphics under DPMI
is tricky, and Windows is a buggy DPMI server anyway, but Grx2.0 works OK
(there are other graphics libs too). So, depending on the graphics you require,
the answer is definitely yes!
