Does this happen even when you run the compiler and the tools from 
outside RHIDE?  If it does happen outside RHIDE, it might be a general 
problem of DJGPP installation; please read on.

Please try to set LFN=n from the DOS prompt and see if that helps.
What is your DJGPP environment variable set to?  Note that if you indeed 
call your DJGPP installation directory "Djgpp" with a capita `D', Win95 
might convert the name to something like "DJGPP~1" because of the 
different cases of the letters.  What does the "DIR" command print when 
run inside the DOS box in your DJGPP directory?
