How will users decide when they cease to be a ``starter'' and should begin
reading the full FAQ? How would the FAQ maintainer decide where to put
any given question? Right now, the FAQ is organized in a way that keeps
beginners' questions near the beginning of the FAQ and in an order that
the problems would be seen by someone who installs DJGPP and begins using
it. The indices should cover anything that couldn't be found by looking
the issue in the table of contents. I don't know of any better way of
doing this, but I'm open to suggestions.

They can use the HTML version. These days everyone knows what HTML is and
how it is used. Remember: DJGPP is for developers, not for simple-minded
users. Somebody who writes code should know something about how to learn
a new system. Yes, DJGPP learning curve *is* somewhat steep for people
who lack background in Unix and GNU tools (which is why we are in dire
need of tutorials to help these people finding their way), but I don't
think it's awful hard to do even now.
