The Ctrl-C handling issue is just basic C, nothing too specific to DJGPP, 
so it's not in the FAQ.  Its large size notwithstanding, the FAQ is 
*not* meant to answer *every* question out there.

The DJP was only posted a few weeks ago, so it's not in the current 
version of the FAQ, but will be in the next release.

Did you strip the symbols?  They might make your program smaller by 
20-30KBytes.

-O2, not -O3.  The latter will actually make your program larger in most 
cases.
