This is the first time somebody says that there are problems reading the
FAQ, and that lots of people have these problems. So please be more
specific. What are the problems that you experience when reading the
FAQ? Are there issues that you'd like to see there that aren't? Is the
language of the FAQ unclear or obscure or too technical? Is looking for
the answer to a specific question too hard?
I'm serious in these questions. I want the FAQ to be both easily readable
(for those who like to know ``everything'') and easily searchable (for
those who only seek an answer to a specific question, and need it *fast*).
A lot of effort went into making it both these things, but I'd like to
hear any feedback you have to offer so the FAQ could be improved. I do
get feedback from many people (they all are listed at the end of the FAQ),
and I'm thankful to all who wrote to me, but some issues, like the ease of
finding an answer for a specific question using the indices, never got any
feedback at all.
So please tell more about what else would you like to see in the FAQ and
what would you like to be changed.
