If it's not FAQified yet - the "Page fault at ..." is an important 
confirmation that it's a pointer problem.  That means you referenced a
memory location which is protected or undefined.  Null pointers will
always be page faults.

Under SOME releases of QDPMI.  The version I have handles int 24h correctly
(it's an older release).  It seems they broke Int 24h in the later releases.
