Please reproduce the problem (or wait until it happens again) and post 
the exact messages you get from ld.  I don't think such problems where 
reported previously wrt to the v2 ld.exe (did you search the DJGPP mail 
archives? the URL is in the FAQ), and without the error message there is 
no clue as to what goes wrong.
