Please check each location you tell people about.  The above path to DJP 
is *wrong*, and doesn't even include the name of the zip file (which is 
mlefp103.zip), so if anybody tries to use that info, they will have hard 
time finding that file.

The correct URL is this:

  ftp://ftp.simtel.net/pub/simtelnet/gnu/djgpp/v2misc/mlefp103.zip.
