Hard to say ... but dpmi_get_capabilities is one of the DPMI 1.0 functions CWSDPMI does not support - you would just have to try the 1.0 mapping functions to see if they work. Some of the 1.0 features are thinly tested and were added for commercial users needing them for a specific feature.
