Are you sure you don't already have a resident DPMI provider (like QEMM
or Windoze?)  If you do, your program will use its DPMI instead of CWSDPMI.

CWSDPMI _does_ support page mapping, along with some other 1.0
functions.  As long as you are using it and not something else, you can
access those features.
