The solution that renames go32-v2 to go32 and puts the real (v1.x) 
go32 later on the PATH should work: it should allow you to run v2 
programs from v1 programs.  Except that there is a bug in the current 
version of go32-v2 that prevents this from happening.  With any luck, it 
will be corrected in a few days and a bugfix posted here.
