Subject: getting a windows.h file
Message-ID: <210C80D5B19@fs2.mt.umist.ac.uk>

ver2 \FAQ\DJGPPFAQ.TXT says:-
> Another way to develop Windows applications is to use the Cygnus GCC/GPP
> port, at this URL: http://www.cygnus.com

This led me only to a tangle of advertisements and business-promotion-ese and
I found nothing about getting programs. What is this Windows package's exact
full FTP or HTTP filename? Does it include a WINDOWS.H file? I have Visual C,
but its WINDOWS.H looks like it refers to a lot of functions provided by
Visual C mixed in with those provided in Windows's export files. Please where
anywhere is a WINDOWS.H that refers only to matter provided by Windows? Why
isn't one provided as part of RSX?
